In the second part of his interview, John Bailey talks to Nervous Waters' Nick Zoll about fishing for dorado (or the 'river tiger' as it's affectionately called in Argentina).

Nick Zoll works as the U.K and European Director for the company Nervous Waters. Nervous Waters owns and operates fishing lodges in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The company started in 1983 with the completion of Kau-Tapen Lodge, perhaps the best known of the sea-trout lodges servicing the Rio Grande in Argentine Tierra Del Fuego.

The conservational emphasis that Nervous Waters has instilled into all its fisheries in addition to the focus on comfort and service, has made the Nervous Waters portfolio of lodges some of the most popular in the world.
