With the strength of £ Sterling against the US$ it's evident UK consumers have in recent times by-passed UK dealers and purchased their USA made fly rods from dealers in the USA.
In order to buck this trend Wellard & Scott have taken the decision to introduce the RRP of their full range of Scott S4 fly rods so that they pretty much mirror what UK consumers are likely to be paying in dollars.
This bold move effectively removes the desire to by-pass British Retailers and also ensures UK consumers benefit from having the 'full support' of the British retailer when it comes to after sales care and warranty issues.
The move comes with immediate effect and coincides with the launch of the NEW Scott S4 Series of fly Rods.
