Frontiers International celebrates its 40th year of advising the international fly fishing community of the finest fishing opportunities around the world.

The company was founded in 1969 in Pennsylvania, USA from where it has set the benchmark with regard to the key areas of client service, administration, operation and pre-trip information, which still hold true today and to which others in the industry aspire. Over the years Frontiers has been instrumental in the development of famous destinations such as the Rio Grande in Argentina, Christmas Island, Los Roques in Venezuela, Alphonse Island in the Seychelles and the Ponoi River on Russia’s Kola Peninsula among many others. All these fly fishing destinations remain thriving ‘household names’ that inspire those that enjoy this wonderful sport of fly fishing.

In 1993 the UK Office was opened to provide a dedicated service to the UK and European market. The office and its staff continue to offer the very best advice and client assistance to those that want to travel the world with fishing rod in hand. With the benefit of hands-on experience in operating high profile lodges around the world, we will not make a recommendation unless we have seen it and given the Frontiers “stamp of approval.” From the saltwater flats of the Bahamas to the distant rivers of South America, we have been there and can speak in detail based on personal experience.
