Each person has his or her favourite fish, destination or style of fishing and for the travelling Salmon angler the months of June & July are probably going to be the period that they are overwhelmingly focused on.  Will the run be early, normal or late, what is the snow pack like  and crucially will I hit it right on my week?  Anticipation will be at fever pitch: however no matter how many weather forecasts you follow or reports you hear the only true indication will be on that all important arrival brief given by your lodge manager, ghillie or guide.  For all those waiting your turn we very much hope fortune smiles on you for the coming season and for those still deliberating now is definitely the time to grab any remaining slots before it is too late.
