The wading is tricky but worth it, all guides have sat phones on them and the helicopter fly out program is as efficient as possible. I think it's important to work for your fish, it makes it more worth while. Iceland rocks too so why not do both? I spend at least a week in Yokanga each year and up to 8 in Iceland.
