Fancy fishing with Paul Whitehouse on an exclusive Itchen beat, lunch included, for you and ten friends?

How about a day’s mayfly fishing with a friend on the highly desirable Salisbury & District Angling Club’s waters?

Two days salmon fishing for three on the Duke of Northumberland’s North Tyne and Tweed beats?

These are just three of the fantastic fishing and sporting lots featured in the S&TA Auction, which is now open until midnight on Friday 17 October. The auction launches with just under 70 lots, with many more to be added as it progresses and it offers fishing and sporting days the length and breadth of Great Britain, with guide prices starting at £50;  flies and works of art, pamper and leisure days – there is literally something for everyone.

Paul Knight, S&TA CEO, observes:

“Each and every item has been donated, which means that all funds will go directly to the S&TA to help support its vital work in protecting and preserving our precious and fragile aquatic ecosystems.   We are extremely grateful for the generosity of the many donors who have made this our best ever auction yet:   now it’s down to our bidders to transform the potential into a reality!”
