I have been tying smallmouth patterns on tubes and would like to do the same with Todd's Wiggle Minnow. The original fly is tied so that the back of the fly curves down the curve of the hook, but with a tube, the "shank" is straight. (The pattern I have calls for a TMC 8089). How important is...
